Doing our bit for the Community

The Australian National Show and Shine Euroa has been in existence since the year 2,000 and from a humble beginning or around 150 cars, we now proudly display around 1,500 vehicles per event, including bikes, trucks and just about everything else with an engine.

This attracts enthusiastic crowds of around 8,000 to 10,000 people through our gates each year, for a family oriented day of excitement and entertainment for motor enthusiasts of all types.

The Australian National Show and Shine Euroa is a NOT FOR PROFIT event; all gate takings go to community or charity work.

The aim of the event, apart from running a premium award winning car and motorbike show, is to encourage tourism and visitation to Euroa and the Shire of Strathbogie.

Broad community participation and volunteerism is encouraged as well as focusing on accessibility (physical) for people from groups that experience ongoing exclusion.

The event is run from sponsorship, so that all proceeds go to community or charity.

Proceeds from our 2016 event have now been distributed to many local causes, including our Mini railway, which will provide free rides for kids at the Show and Shine, the Euroa Cricket and Hockey clubs, a donation to help refurbish the “Friendlies Oval” a major sporting venue and some assistance to a project of the Euroa High Schools, to assist their “Kids to Cambodia” program for year 12 students.

At the Australian National Show and Shine Committee we are very proud of our achievements over the years, and we look forward to further support in the future.
